That sucks! But atleast they will look at it. I called a few up in that area and was told they only service what they sell. So I guess if they do sell it, it still takes weeks for them to look at it. So what is one to do?

Oh man..didn't you want that thing back soon! HATE IT WHEN THEY DO THAT!
Joe: when we bought our new TT we went 1.5 hours away, I asked the local dealer that we love if they could service it since they are a keystone dealer too. Their response was they only service what they sell. But after inquiring a bit, what they meant was they only do warranty service on what they sell. They will repair anything not manufacturer warranty. So we will be servicing it there once the warranty expires. The owner of the dealer told us that they don't do other warranty work because the dealer pays a percentage of every warranty repair that is done. Not sure how much or how true this is, but it was the reason they gave us. They probably do take a hit on warranty work as their guys are most likly paid a lower hourly rate by the manufacturers.

We purchased our current Dutchmen from a dealer in Arkansas because it saved me alot of money. My Roo I had before I purchased from a dealer in Ohio. I had that a year and no warranty work needed. My current, it's not a big issue just a few lights outside won't work. But for the savings, was worth it.

Yah, they'll get to it, but I'm on a timetable for Otter Lake August 1st. I don't want to get a call on July 30th saying "We've finally torn it apart and the parts we need will take two weeks to arrive". I'd have to kill someone (slowly and agonizingly since I'll have a whole week with nothing better to do).
Believe it or not, the ONLY reason I got to bring it in at the beginning of July was because the owner did my sale and he's going to try to fit it in somewhere. The service department told me (on June 15th) they didn't have an open appointment until July 25th (one week before my vacation with the kids).
When we get back, I need to take the Titan to a Nissan dealer. It's got warped brake rotors that make the steering wheel shake whenever the brakes are used. I've done some research online, and it has been a trend from mis-designed rotors that don't allow enough cooling for the size of the truck and the energy absorption to be expected. The trick (as I've read) is to tell them you've got the pulsating & shimmy, but let THEM do the diagnosis. The other side is to NOT allow them to turn the rotors instead of replacing them with the newer re-designed rotors.
So I guess it's play stupid and hope they do the job right, but if not, pull the trump card and let them know *I* know it was a faulty part.

Says who??? I didn't see that in the rules. Besides, if I won another grill, the current model goes up for grabs. You'll draw straws. From a mixed drink. A BIG ONE.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
