Thank you for bringing the warming thingies. We will bring the pork. Is there any special container we should put the pulled pork in for the warming thingies? Like how big of a container.

Hey Bud - good deal!
No restrictions on the crock pots, if we need extension cords to plug them in we'll do it.
The weather forecast is, well...improving. Looks like a decent weekend weather wise - and we KNOW the company will be good!
Heading in later today.
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

Is dinner in that pavilion again, or up in the circle at the end? I've got monster cords so I'm all set. This time I'll watch for everyone going to dinner!
I just washed and waxed that monster - don't tell me its going to rain! Not allowed this weekend. How's that?

Wow, looks like we could end up with a lot of pulled pork!
While I know the theme of the event is "less is more" maybe there needs to be just a little coordination of what we're all bringing? I can picture vats of pulled pork and piles of brownies, and just about nothing else.
We haven't gone shopping yet (not until tomorrow morning) so we can still change our plans. My friends are planning on bringing burgers, we could get some of the locally famous Sahlens hot dogs. We have a small portable grill, is anyone planning on bringing a larger one?
As an alternative we could do salad, or a macaroni or potato salad?

Nooooooo! If you washed and waxed it, you've just about guaranteed it's going to rain!
Just for that, I'm going to leave mine dirty. Hopefully that will even things out and help reduce the amount of rain.

I would be happy to bring a Macaroni Salad. We're kind of rushing at the last minute here and that would be something we could make on the way - sort of... I don't need to drag a crockpot if you already have enough hot stuff. I didn't know what to put in it anyway....
Bruce - we got site 519... Hope you don't mind seeing a mirror image across the way....

Yeah, I thought about that after I said it. I washed and waxed it because I just put it back into storage. I like it clean under the cover so it doesn't scratch..... Fortunately, I'm famous for getting soaked in the first few miles so its filthy for the remainder of the trip. I don't think I have ever arrived at a campground with a clean coach......

Same here, I think the best I've done is arrive with clean sides, but with the front cap covered in bugs, and the rear cap covered in dust.
Quick! Throw some mud on it...it might not be too late to salvage the weather!

I don't see a problem with that...
We'll be bringing Hofmann hot dogs and whatever else. One thing about these gatherings is no one ever goes hungry. No stress, no worries - they'll be enough food!
We were planning on doing it in the circle. We'll set up something on Saturday.
Still working - NEED to get going!!!
