Anyone still reading this topic? I departed from South Florida in June and headed back to Iowa to return the toyhauler that my brother was so kind to allow me to use. Was 50 miles from home when I broke something in the trailer. Came up to a sign that said "BUMP 50mph" I was doing 58 so I just tapped the brake to release the cruise control and let everything slow down on it's own. Was maybe doing 51 when I went over the "Bump" but it felt like 100. It was a new road so I really didn't expect what I got. and you couldn't see it, felt like I was on a roller coaster. Anyway I pulled over checked the motorcycle in the back and all was fine. Until the next day when I was putting the slide out to clean up the trailer before returning it to my Sister-in-law. Slide wouldn't go you and made a couple funny noises. Went back outside to be sure no one had pulled in beside me that I didn't see when I got in a second ago and all was fine. Hit the button again and same result. Found the TV wedged between the place where it should be and the edge of the slide. Caused the slide to jump a couple cogs on one side. Brother was nice about it and said he would fix it. Still waiting on the bill.

Am now in Orem, UT. Nice place. Warmer than I expected but I'm managing. Talked to some people about selling my house in Kansas this fall and hope to be able to do it and finally purchase my own Toyhauler. Keep looking but haven't found the one yet. Want an higher end unit with an undermount or composite sink, table and chairs instead of booth and a couple other "have to have's". Have seen pictures of some of the Weekend Warrior's but none in person yet. Thought I would buy used but am seeing some more attractive options on a new one. Stated prices on the used units still seem a bit more than what the market will bear at the moment. Many are probably upside down and I don't want to take advantage of someone's misfortune. Will buy the first one from a dealer. (Hopefully an honest one.)

That's my news for now. Hope everyone had a good 4th.

Rod
