Washed it. Washed it again. De-spidered. Our rig sits in a gravel lot (with other rigs, so it's not lonely) adjacent to farm and ranch land so every spring I have to scrub the algae from the gutter, nooks and crannies as well as remove these humongous spiders that have taken a liking to some exterior crevases.
Started noting what maintenance I will do when the weather is warmer. New sealing on the roof; de-streak and wax. Better windshield wipers. Start planning a trip. Soon.

Pulled the cover off and let the tires down to driving pressure from storing pressures. Checked every thing over and took it for a drive. Hope to get a few more things done in the next couple weeks for a trip we hope to take. Sure not getting any help from this weather..

I too would like to know the difference maybe learn something new. does it have to do with the cold temps you have there?

An old habit I guess from storing our old cars ect. On our MH it calls for 60 front 65 rear. I raise both 10 lbs in winter part because of the cooler weather and some because I really do not check them for a month or more at a time.. But when I check them in winter I just take the airhose and gage out there and run them back to those pressures because they are lower because of temp. But when spring comes its warmer and they are always even higher. So lower them back to near 60 and 65.. From now until late July or so I will usaly just let air out to bring them down as the temps climb..

Higher pressures are used to keep from 'flat spotting', I had thought that it was only for the old bias ply tires until i got my new Dodge last year. It had 60psi in the tires. Asked the service dept. How Come? They said the PDI guy had neglected to lower the pressures, and that they all come over inflated to keep them more stable and to Still keep them from 'Flatspotting'.. Go figure.
Guess it's still true, if the factory still does it.
Come to think of it. Each tire had a yellow sticker on it that said something about Caution Tires Overinflated for shipping. Lower pressure. I had to get my glasses on and get it off the tire, to see what it said though.
