Hi,

Paid the yearly parking fee. They have put it up another $50.00 to $425.00. That for non powered parking.

$35/month? Where do I sign up?

I pay $450 annual HOA, $87 dirt tax, at my dog house. Of course I paid $20K for the place almost 7 years ago. Nice parking however, with the Collegiate Mountains to the West. Yup, It's got sparks, propane, and sewer as well. But the sparks and propane, are extra. I leave the frig on year round.

Not in your Hood however. It's in Nathrop Colorado. 81236 I owe, I owe. I'm retired, so no more work however! YES!

In the Seattle area you are looking at $60++++/month. If you go out a ways, you can pay less. If you want it somewhat close, you could easily pay $100/month.

I park mine in my driveway.

Just received my second shipment of Command Electronic LED replacement boards to do the rest of my unit.

I tested out the 30 and 21 LED replacements the last two winters and summer in between. The warm white colour is great and no failures to date. Also ordered replacement LED clearance lights to test them out.

I had to call to order the clearance lights but then got a free hat and extra discount, score!

I finished charging the air conditioning system. I sanded off rust then painted my shore power cover's latch. I remounted a broken drawer rail. I tuned the generator and checked output with the AC running on maximum and the refrigerator running on electric. I need to buy a new air cleaner for the generator.

The rear drivers side rear corner trip had a dent about the size of a quarter. It had a hole in the center thru the trim. I sanded, filled and painted it. Found a good color match in a spray can. Also had a couple spots on the rear bumper so cleaned them and sprayed some paint into the lid of the paint can and took a small brush to touch up the bumper. Also got some screw heads that were starting to show rust.. Looks great..

Yeah, My TT is 120 miles from my driveway. So it's a 'ways out' all right. The 'C' sits in the driveway at the Stix n Brix. Now I just need a POP TC for the PU.

Finally installed the aux. rear view camera under the right side-view mirror. It's a cheap $18 toy but will come in handy when entering the right hand lane, not that the large mirrors aren't effective.
Tomorrow I'll remove the right inside door panel to wire the camera while running the generator and A/C for an hour.
Saturday I'll have help to install a new cross-over front brake line that snapped when we were re-placing the front brake calipers, pads, bearing seals and master cylinder.
Sunday is a day of rest donchaknow. Maybe by then all wheels will be on the ground and we can take Pandora's Box for another ride and see what else breaks.

Hi,

I cracked the roof vent open and a side window to let the unit air out. I'm wondering if I left some food somewhere inside the unit because there was a strange smell.
