I removed the stick on wide angle mirrors then mounted separate wide angle mirrors below the regular mirrors. The field of vision is greatly improved. Next I replaced the license plate lamp.

This weekend we replace the bathroom fan motor and blades.

Teen aged son and I washed the exterior. We will do the roof after work tomorrow, then give the sides one last scrub.

Next we will be waxing with ZEP. We picked up a gallon jug today. If the weather is good we will start waxing after work on Tuesday.

After that all I need to do is wax the floors inside and pack up.

We keep food, linen and clothes in Mobi so we are ready to go at a moments notice.

Got on the roof and cleaned it with Borax and Dawn using a long handled brush. Inspected, wish for a Fantastic vent fan, need to replace a vent cover. Washed the sides using a long handled imitation Swiffer which has microfiber spaghetti-like appendages. Sure goes faster with one of those wide cleaners. Used RainX wash and wax and water. I have 303 but that will have to wait a few days. Started up the engine, all seems well. Still need to run the awning out and clean it. Then load and go.

Hi,

Looks like there was more damage from the reverse polarity than I thought. One of the solar panel switches (for the OEM bank) had a fuse--good thing too--it actually melted the fuse holder--so I've replaced that, and have a spare fuse.

My steering wheel dimmer switch was acting up so I replaced it with a floor mounted switch. I took the dash apart to replace the high beam bulb.

Found out why my HWH levelers haven't been working. Someone hooked the power cable up to the house battery instead of the chassis battery. Early in the long rehab process the ignition wire to the solenoid battery isolator was knocked loose and that's why no power was going to the control panel. Now I have to clean mud and rust off the jacks, check the oil and lube the rollers, etc. and of course re-wire the isolator.
Next on the list is fixing the cruise control which the PO didn't get repaired.
Took it for a ride yesterday and the completely replaced brake system is working great. Now I'm going out to put on the S/S wheel simulators.

I removed the roof rack. I scrapped off all the old putty, cleaned the area with Scrubbing Bubbles, then acetone, applied Marine Goop to the holes and covered it with Eternabond roof tape.
