Starting the generator up so we can sleep with AC tonight in our driveway. Power outages continue and more bad storms in forecast. Plus neighbor wants to stop by for her coffee in the morning

Lost the Cab AC while in the Mtns. Neighbor up there had a hose/gauge set up and a couple cans of R134a. As soon as we added a bit of freon it started to short cycle the compressor in and out. After a little over 1 can it wasn't short cycling anymore. At almost 2 cans it is Ccccold. Yeah!
Ordered a set of Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks this morning. Gonna try to get this Money Pit up to snuff, in time for winter! LOL

put 2 new knobs on the awning supports previous owner did no oil them so they rusted, also washed it for trip coming up.

Replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter on my 1994 Onan Micro Light 4000. The Genny started right up and powered all systems with no problem once again. Woot

I re-anchored the love seat. Has been coming loose since day one. Used larger lag screws this time; hope they solve the problem.

Going to Cape Hatteras for a week; not using it for camping, but rather just comfortable transport of some folks, bikes, inflatable kayaks, fishing rods. Now, the trick is just to get everyone to chip in for gas!

Hate to break the news to you but love seat is only a term they are only made and anchored for sitting.

Had to purchase new batteries. Went back and forth on what to buy, regular vs gel type. Finally decided on the gel type. Seems expensive but my friend got them and swears by them. No more maintenance!!! 5year warranty!Yes!!
