My 2007 Keystone Fuzion came with two couches instead of one couch and one dinette.

DW wants a table and chairs installed. We called Keystone and the shipping alone from Indiana to San Diego will be at least $300.

We were hoping to get something more local and was wondering if anyone knew were we could get a table and chairs for our TH. We could even go pick it up if need be.

Also, should I get a pedestal legged or 4 legged dining table?

Find a small table anywhere. We found one at a local furniture store. Its round with 2 drop leaves. We just bought 2 chairs with it and purchased 2 folding chairs for extra people which we store under the bed.

I'd agree with cheryl3 about local furniture stores. Just take your measurements and head to the show room with a tape measure. Might even get the measurements for the factory installed option first. Think about durability for a moving RV when you make your choice. Good luck / Skip

I would say take your door measurements with you too, but with a toy hauler, you won't have a problem with the table fitting through the TH door

If I were you, I would look for some sort of NICE small folding table that is light weight, that can accommodate at least 4 people. Here is one at Camping World.

Folding Oak Table

Of course you will still need chairs with this table.

Here's another one at CW that is actually a coffee table and lifts up in front of a sofa that might work in your situation and you could keep the sofas!

Coffee table/Dining table

For more table choices, do a search on tables at theCamping World Home Page

I found a similar free standing table and chair set like we have in our 5er at Overstock.com. Check it out it's $379.99 plus $2.95 shipping if you order today!

Wooden Table & 4 chairs

Good luck!

Try K-Mart or WalMart. They occasionally have small ones for low prices.

Another idea is to get a folding table that you could store out of the way when not is use. Sit on the couch with the table setup in front of you for meals or whatever. When no longer needed, put the table away and still have the couch available.

Our TT has a dinette but we also use a folding table setup in front of the couch, very convenient.

We replaced our original table/chair combo with a 4' solid oak hall table placed against the outside wall using 2 of the original chairs. If all you need are two seats this might be something for you to consider.

Thanks for the advice.

If I get the table and chairs are the RV factory legs different in any way in terms of installing?

I just want to make sure I dont try and rig it up and have a nice table with huge steel brackets holding the table down.

I've been to a lot of RV shows looking at TT & 5ers and none of them had the free standing table and chairs secured.

And our free standing table is not secured either. However, we do have factory installed tie down rings that are screwed into the floor. Each of the four chairs has a bungy cord that secures them to the tie down rings. There is four rings on each side of the table, two to tie down each chair. The rings lay flat when not in use.

There are Many Table and Chair Combinations that are available ! Securing them in Transit is another problem. We have found that Hooks secured to the walls and Floor along with Bungeee's and Strong Woven Cord do the Job ! Whatever You choose be very sure to Secure it so that It Doesn't become a Missile in a Sudden Stop or Go situation!
