No idea, just saw it on the side of the road and stopped to snap a photo....

The rear axle just looked like a straight TT axle...

I saw a looong one like this with a SINGLE wheel under that severe overhang that would swivel !

Those cabover windows are ludacristly huge!

Looking at an enhanced copy of the photo, I noticed that it has a reciever just below that back step, its being held in place by the tongue that is bolted into the trailer reciever on the truck itself. Its also nose down, and almost makes me think that that is a stripped down truck frame underneath that camper.
