on a less than 4 month old camper

I've come to this thread late so first of all, I can't believe you had so many problems with only 4 months on the trailer. The initial assembly must have been poor to begin with. The******you've had to endure since then is also unbelievable. By all accounts, I have a gem of a dealer, a small one compared to yours and while I've gone 'hmmmmmm' a few times when getting a bill for work done, it has never had to be redone. It's been done right the first time. Hoping you get all your repairs done in time for the start of the camping season.

Sounds like the same scenario I had with my KZ product Coyote 20C. To make a long story short upon the 5th time back for canvas issue, the dealer had factory reps come to the dealer and replace my canvas and bunk doors. The same thing muddy foot prints dirt trash on new canvas and bunk doors. I asked the service manager don't you look at the quality of work that yous shop does, his response well I didn't think I would have to keep an eye on a factory technician. He was very apologetic and repaired everything. It just seems that they don't care about anything except the initial sale.

Wasn't really an assembly issue but more of just complete lack of pride in workmanship from my dealer's service department. I would like to think it was the direct result of the Service Manager leaving, but I will not ever return to find out. If anything should go wrong in the six months of warranty I have left, I'll fix it myself working directly through FR, just like the days of owning my PUP...

I will say that my dealer did do a lot of work to try to make things right, especially in dealing with Flair and all of the issues with them. Too bad FR doesn't use its "muscle" to deal with the third-party suppliers over having each dealer have to deal with them for warranty issues. IMO, that is just bad business because the dealers take that financial hit for the time spent on ordeals like mine that won't be reimbursed by FR. So, they have very little reason to fight the good fight...

On a surprising note, I, like many other FR owners with the bunk fan/light combos, had defective units where they would kick down to low speed even though high was selected, and FR has had them on backorder forever. To save me the trouble of another trip to the dealership, my dealer exchanged my factory fan/light combos with a higher-end version! I thought that to be a decent gesture on their part.

Hopefully, this will end my spell of bad luck and it will be happy camping through this season and many years beyond with the 21SS. Even with these issues, my wife and I still love how it fits us and our camping style!
