Wouldn't suprise me if it was just abandoned. A couple of years ago, near where I lived, somebody abandoned a mobile home (not a TT, but a 70-ft single-wide mobile home) on the side of the road. It sat there for a couple of weeks.

It's probably part of the new health care program Walmart is offering...maybe the clinic. Just kidding Love Walmart, a camping trip without them would be wasted.
