It is close enough now to start watching the weather. Temps look good with just a small chance of rain.

I never look at the weather till a day or two out. If those people actually knew what it was going to be doing in a week they would not be working for the weather channel.

we made it here today @ Twin Oaks. We are in site #4. Took this one since we are here a week, closer to the dog walk and laundry facilities, little less mud at this time, etc. I understand we are using the rally hall on the right as you drive in ( near the fire ring), and that is where most folks are going to be staged. They have plenty of firewood stacked up here I tell ya, so maybe the weather will be nice for a fire.

We were at the first get together back in Dec 05 at FDR and we will be attending this get together. Most of you probably won't remember us since it has been so long, back then we had an old 1992 Dutchmen 24' 5er we made an upgrade to a 2008 Big Horn. Don't know where they will put us I told them we would be with GA RV'rs but the lady didn't seem to know what I was talking about when I made our reservation. Are ya'll still using the RV.Net signs with your user name on them I think I still have the one we used at FDR in 05? Well see ya'll around noon Friday.

We plan on arriving late Thursday afternoon or early evening. Will it be clear where we need to go? Are sites assigned ahead of time?

This is our first rally. We are coming in early for the snipe hunt. I hear they are lots of fun!

We are leaving Friday morning, so should get there around 10:00.
I am ready to go today!!!! Dont know if I can stand it till Friday

Navyaz1,
We were also at the 1st rally in Dec. 05 at FDR. I'm pretty sure that I remember ya'll. It seems like ya'll were kinda down a hill and in the curve??? We were camped up at the top of the hill, and we had the little Black Toy Poodle named "Tazz" who was very hyper and still is!!!!!

Look forward to seeing ya'll again and everyone else too, and also meeting all the new (to me) folks!
