I have a 2006 Tour by Winnebago; the first few times out, I had no problem with the Auto Jacks’. Almost 9 months into the motor home we went to a park and found our three main batteries were dead. After replacing them and heading to our North Georgia to our little RV spot. I found that the AUTO JACKS were not working in AUTO. Thinking back to my last problem with the batters, I felt I would only need to reset them. However, how do you reset them?

First I will suggest that you call HWH. Google them for the number. They are great people who will bend over backwards for a customer.
I have HWH jacks. Mine sometimes work in auto. Without taking too much time, one of the magnetic switches inside of one of my jacks is not always getting contacted. Anyway when auto is working I do not like it. In the auto mode my leveling is pretty close, but not close enough to suit me. Furthermore, in auto usually only 3 jacks are on the ground. In manual you (I) can put all four down and control the weight on them to help stabilize your stay.
Call HWH but don't be despondent that the auto function is not working. It's not really that that bad a problem, in my opinion.

The leveling system is powered from the chassis batteries. Changing batteries should not have affected the HWH Auto Leveling system. I do not know of any "reset" function as such for this system. Have you gone through the trouble shooting section of your chassis manual?

I did review manuals on the very subject prior with no luck. As for the batteries, I was switching power from generators to shore, when I lost total power. I was unable to start the generator or anything inside. I went to a near by Wal Mart and got three new batteries. I had no problem with the jacks prower prior to this. I have always found if you go back to the last problem you can most often fix the new problem.
Thanks for your help and efforts.
