Due to a recent decline in Google Ad performance, we will be optimizing our Google ads. We will be trying many different ad types, sizes and designs.
We do understand there will likely be some complaints and will review those and take them into consideration. I will be keeping an eye out for complaints on the forums after they go live. We will then review the revenue figures in conjunction with the customer input to find a good balance.

This surprises me because from my experience the last thing that you are looking for is revenue - why else would my emails to you regarding purchasing advertising and asking for your rate card be IGNORED on two occasions?
I suggest that someone takes a look in the Inbox and gets their act together to take advantage of the revenue generating opportunites that you do have before you start playing with new channels.
