Our top bunk is falling apart. The cheap material on the bottom of the top bunk has a seam going down the middle. it separated once and was already replaced by the dealer, now it is separating again. We are at less than 2/3 the rated weight capacity per the owners manual. Has anyone else had this happen?????? Now it sags and looks like crap. anyone else have this happen?????

Ken, no problems here either, but then it doesn't get used a lot. I think the grandaughter's been on it a couple of times but mostly we use it for storage of a small folding table and a couple of lawn chairs.

Can you replace that with a heavier sheet of plywood?

I may have to. Im gonna call Ragen and see if they have anything to say about it........I have a feeling the dealer did half a job on the repair. He has a tendency to be lazy
