You need a 20 ton bottle jack to raise MH, not light and not cheap.
The 22.5 size is much more reliable than the 19.5 and 16.5 sizes.
There is a national network of road service providers servicing the trucking industry (22.5 size).
For all of the above reasons you will find that most owners of MH with 22.5 wheels do not carry a spare, they rely on the truck industry road service.
I have found the HWH jacks to be just as good as a bottle jack for lifting the rig.

If you all will read the op's first question, you will see that he has already decided to carry a spare, he only wanted to know if front and rear were same size. Someone else has answered that, yes they are all the same size. The wheels are just alike front and rear. Having had experience with roadside tire service, I think his decision is a good one. He does not have to move the spare, that is the road service guy's problem. The op does not need expensive jacks, breaker bars or lug wrenches, that is what the road service is for, to do all the heavy labor. JMHO

7.5" wheels were very common for DP's in the '90's. Any DP with a GVWR under 30,000# is a good candidate for a 7.5" wheel, so I'd guess that most Cummins ISB & Cat C7 powered MH's have 7.5" wheels.
