Well if Mark is a stand up guy he will not take the easy way out and file BK.He should stand up behind his product and fix every one that has problems from design or materials.

If Mark files for BK you can probably thank the class action lawyers for their greed. IMO

I have frame issues behind the rear wheels also with my '07 fs 2500. Max WAS my contact until a few days ago. He told me they moved him and someone else would be contacting me. But 3 days after first talking to Max, They picked up my trailer in Dickinson, Texas (near Houston). That was May 28. If they go BK wonder what happens if your trailer is in their possession? SOL??? The driver that picked up my trailer told me that a BUNCH of fs2500's were headed back or were already there being repaired. All with the same problems, frame broken or bent at or behind rear wheels. I only used mine for mountain biking at first (no weight). but the first time I put 800 lbs behind the rear wheels, the siding popped off and the inside walls buckled. They knew this was too flimsy from the start. I don't think there could really be such a thing as a "half-ton towable toyhauler". Only if you don't put anything in it!! Max did also make me a bunch of promises on different repairs also. Hope it comes true. good luck to everyone dealing with this situation.

Just so everyone knows. The issues with the frames of the fs2500 has almost nothing to do with weight, unless it is the tongue that needs fixin. The bending and breaking behind the rear axles is due to the lack of cross bracing from bottom of c-channal to cross members. this results in when a trailer is turning and the rear axles starts to cut, the leaf hangers are welded to the bottom of the c-channel, the the frame starts to tweak because there is no bracing. The fix from the factory clearly shows no signs of weight reinforcement but lateral reinforcement. I hope I explained that well enough. If you look and any other trailer frame you can clearly see that this was one thing was over looked in the manufacturing.

If you have questions on the fix from my fs2500 just let me know.

Did anyone get a letter from WW with a new weight sticker to put on your Toy Hauler? I got one the new sticker shows that the Toy Hauler's weight is more than the old one..

I got one.

And it told me what I had already figured out.

I have a fk2100 and I haven't had a problem and I am glad to see that there have been no posts with others having any either.

I am tying to get the "prophylatic" fix done on mine though. I also received the letter about the lighting not meeting safety requirements also. I am waiting on getting that fixed till I can find out if my local dealer can do it all. I wont have it shipped half way across the country just to get the tongue reinforced.

There was a issue with the tongues as well I thought. Made from 1/8" steel and bending up over time. They changed to 3/16" steel I thought.
We have a friend with a 06 FT that WW replaced the tongue on do to that.

Mine already has 3/16 box tube on the tongue. But with all the stress it has on it especially with the e/h bars on it a little more couldnt hurt. I wish they would have made the tongue actually part of the frame and not just welded in. It sure looks as though it could be attached a little better.

I would like to know what they did to yours if you do care to share. I'm sure there are others here that would like to hear also. There a lot of fs 2300 & 2500's out there with structural problems.
