I'm looking at getting a quiet generator for camping. Would a yamaha EF2400is run a 13.5 btu a/c? I was also looking at using it for a backup when the house goes out. I was interested in the honda but I don't think I can lift it myself, in and out of the truck. If the yamaha dosen't run the a/c, I will be getting the honda for sure. All I need it to run on the house is some lights, two frigs blower on the gas stove and a fan on my second story.

Thanks

I have two EU2000 which worked great but I had a chance to get a EU3000 and I much prefer the EU3000. Love the elect start! It is a heavy sucker.

If it wont run your AC, I notice you have a fleetwood trailer, A few members have said that fleetwood orders trailers without a softstart capacitor to save themself $30.

I have the Kipor 2600 and between the two you are considering I would get the Yamaha for the lighter weight.
