How do I get my last check if I wasn't working that day?
All paychecks that were not picked up were mailed out certified on 11-30-07. If after 12-11-07 you still have not received your check, please call 951-943-6007 extension 5227.

Retail Customers
What happens to my warranty?
We regret that NRV can no longer make any warranty payments to dealers or consumers. However, other warranties applicable to your motorhome (e.g., chassis, engine, and appliances), should not be affected.
How do I get warranty service for my coach?
You may make arrangements with your dealer, make a claim through your third-party extended service contract (if you have one), or, in the case of non-NRV components covered by another manufacturer's warranty (e.g., chassis, engine and appliances), contact the applicable manufacturer directly for assistance.
Where can I take my coach for service?
Any dealer or service facility.
How do I get parts for my coach?
Your dealer may have parts in stock, or you can contact the manufacturer of the specific part.
My dealer says I have to pay for warranty work or I won't get my coach back or they will impose a mechanic's lien on my coach.
Regretfully, you must make your own arrangements for payment with the dealer.
My dealer has my coach for warranty repairs, but won't tell me what's going on.
You will need to work directly with your dealer to determine the best course of action for your repair issues.
I paid for parts and have not received them yet.
You will need to work directly with the company that you paid to determine if the parts are available, or if the part can be secured from another supplier.
The dealership (whether coach purchased there or not) will not make an appointment for warranty work.
You will need to work directly with your dealer to determine the best course of action for your repair issues, or seek another dealer or service facility.
What do I do if my coach is involved in a Recall?
NRV strongly advises that customers involved in any NRV recalls have recall repairs performed at the earliest opportunity, and pay the servicing dealer directly, since NRV cannot pay dealers to perform recall repairs.
How can I get reimbursed for money owed to me by NRV?
File a proof of claim with the bankruptcy court. A proof of claim form is available at http://www.omnimgt.com/nationalrv.

Dealers - Service Questions
Will you continue to honor your warranty?
We regret that NRV can no longer make any warranty payments to the customers or you. However, other warranties applicable to the motorhome (e.g., chassis, engine, and appliances), should not be affected.
I have customers in for warranty repairs - what do I tell them?
You will need to work directly with your customer to determine the best course of action for their repair issues, arrange for payment from the customer, or advise them to seek another dealer.
How do I get parts?
Work directly with the manufacturer of the specific part or a separate supplier to secure replacements.
How do I identify what parts I need?
Unfortunately, there is no one at NRV to assist with this. We suggest that you work directly with the manufacturer of the specific part or a separate supplier.
What happened to the parts I've already ordered?
If the parts have not been shipped, the order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the parts, you must work through the bankruptcy court procedure to secure your claim and any potential funds.
I've received incorrect parts. What can I do?
Work directly with the manufacturer of the specific part or a separate supplier to see if you can return the part and secure the correct one. Alternatively, you may keep it in stock for a future customer.
I have parts I don't need (to be returned for credit).
Work directly with the manufacturer of the specific part or a separate supplier to see if you can return the part and secure a refund. Alternatively, you may keep it in stock for a future customer.
What do I do about service on my in-stock units?
You will need to determine the best course of action for your business.
When do I get my outstanding warranty claims paid?
All creditors must work through the bankruptcy court procedure to secure their claim and any potential funds.
How do I find out about our claims in appeal status?
All creditors must work through the bankruptcy court procedure to secure their claim and any potential funds.
What about Recalls?
Because of the bankruptcy, NRV is not able to pay for recall repairs. However, NRV strongly advises that dealers work directly with any customers involved in any NRV recalls to have the recall repairs performed at the earliest opportunity.

WOW: So what they are saying is: Whether you are an owner or a dealer you are on your own. Today's Tucson paper had an ad from Beaudry's. They have 35 National units for sale at " great savings" Also states that all units have chassis warranties and " manufacturer's component warranties. They are also offering a one year 12,000 mile service plan for $1.00. No expalanation of what that entails.
I started thinking of all the things that are not covered by any warranties: leaky roof, leaky windows, loose flooring, cabinetry problems, anything to do with the slides. I also wonder how some of the parts suppliers will handle the warranties. Of cousre the big guys: Dometic, Norcold, etc. will give you the full warranty. But I bet some of the smaller companies might be upset that they did not get paid and will not step up to the plate.
Does any one know exactly what kind of savings are being offered? Would have to be 50 % or better before I would look at one.
Not to be synical, BUT ....sounds like buying a YUGO ,(or trabant) nowdays.
You get what you pay for, no more than that. It could be a tremendous opportunity for some, or a BIG hole in the ground, to throw money into, for others.

I went to a hugh RV dealer in FL, back in Oct., and was shown a NRV Pacifica. I asked about potential Co. problems, and was assured that reps from Nat'l were just there a week previously and had quaranteed that things were going fine w/ the Co. Being a former MARINE, my thoughts were "trust no one" !! Sometimes it feels bad being right.

What a mess...and I feel for these new coach owners...it's bad enough that the depreciation on their units is going faster than I can type...hopefully most won't have any issues to worry about...

AFter reading that list, I don't care what % off MSRP you can get on a national, I would steer clear if I was a buyer. How sad for those who have a coach in for service now or someone waiting to get a punch list fixed on a new coach. Very sad.
