FIVE hours, 2 tow trucks, and he is still stuck, and I suspect the bill was 100/hr/man so that's 1,000 in towing fees and he's still stuck.

Wrong tow trucks there. Of course the water didn't help, but I ended up getting a 70,000 lb hog truck pulled out when it was in mud up to the axles. A BIG tow truck!

An hour's work with shovels, and some old carpet strips, woulda made it a _lot_ easier for the 1st wrecker. Of course, it couldn't have been done at high tide... Thx for sharing!

They should have used air bags like the off roaders use in the desert.
