I was looking closely at the 2002 Journey we just bought and noticed two clips above the generator exhaust. It finally occurred to me that they were the anchors for a Genturi. On the Journey, the generator exhaust is directed to the right side of the coach, right into the door of anyone parking on my left at a rally, so I wanted to get one before the FMCA Rally in February.

They list for about $165.00, but can be found for $148.88 at Camping World, $133.99 for members. Doing an on-line search I found them listed for $84.32 with free shipping from Amazon.com. Mine is on the way.

You won't regret buying it, and you will find the air quality
in 'your' coach will 'improve' drastically.

And WOW $84.32 what a deal.

Just make sure the guy you bought it from didn't place it even
with your roof top air cond unit, otherwise the exhaust will get
sucked into the a/c in summer.
(not to worry though, the kit includes an adapter to move it over)

Happy Camping, come on Spring!

Wow, what a great deal. I'm tempted to buy one for a spare but I would probably never use it. I'm very happy with mine and so are the people I park next to in the pits. Happy trails, Mark

Sandy:

How is the PVC holding up to the exhaust temps?

Thanks! I just put one on order too. Unfortunately they don't ship to military addresses (communists!) so I had to pay for shipping.

Isn't the Gen-Turi ABS plastic?

The Camco website says the gen-turi is made from a polycarbonate resin and ABS is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic resin... whatever that means.
