I wonder just how 'many' of us on the forum are waiting
for our house to sell to go full-time?

Care to chime in?

The ever so illusive sign to freedom.

Quit waiting and left the houses empty and in the RE Agents hands. Who knows when anything will start moving and there is to much to see out here, so we're seeing the continent.

Will put house on market in April. We have 3 potential buyers. If any of them make a commitment by that time, we will do transaction with lawyer and bypass the realtor fees. Benefits everyone (but the realtor).

Have done the same as "The Texan". Put house on market Mar 2007, took to full-time in June, still waiting for the house to sell!!! Does bite into discretionary funds.
