Every bucket of wash water gets 2-3oz of bleach and car wash soap. The bleach kills mold and mildew on plastic trim, awnings, aluminum skin, well-on everything. If you prefer, mix a gallon of water, car wash soap, add 2-3oz bleach and just wash the trim. if you don't have time for a "whole house" wash. If your trim is beyond that, as already said- replace it. If the weather is below 60*F soak it in hot water prior to installation, it is much easier to handle.

Will make the black trim around doors and windows
of a 50 year old RV look like brand new.

But my trim is White! Will that work on white rubber trim?

Yup! It has no color in it. I've used it on a SUV interior that was white. It will recondition all types of plastic/vinyl trim like new.
Works even better if it is rubber, because it actually re-conditions
it and adds shine.
