Hi all. I know of these 2 auto-sliders but is one preferred over the other?

Does the Pullrite articulate like the Hijacker does? I've heard of the noise issues with the Pullrite - have they fixed it yet? Does the Hijacker have any 'faults' to watch out for?

Thanks very much, Mike.

Not sure about the Hijacker but my Superglide has been flawless. The hitch head moves on a cam system and mine has never made a sound so I am not sure about the "noise issue". You must use a capture plate on your pin box for it to work. It is a great hitch and you will not find many that have used one with any thing bad to say about it. It is pricey but you get what you pay for.

Can't comment on the Hijacker, never owned one, actually have never seen one.

I can comment on the PullRite. My 16K SuperGlide is GREAT!

The noise issue you speak of,I think is due to installation and operator error, and not a PullRite manufacturing problem.

Clunk #1(installation) can be caused when not tightening the bolts that attach the base rail extentions to the base rails tight enough.(you don't have to ask how I know this)

Clunk #2(operator) is caused by not having the Nylon Stop Block properly adjusted against the Turn Table Cam Arm.

Go ahead: Ask me if I like my PullRite

I also have never had a problem with my PullRite. I won't have anything else. "It's all that and a bag of chips!" Best invest I made.
