I hope that someone posts pictures of the reading lights... I haven't seen them yet.

I adapted a Seasense Companion LED light to fit into one of the "bullet" sconces that held the miniture spot lights over the bed... but I'm not satisfied with it.

thanks... first time I've seen them.

iboat link to reading lights

They look good, a lot of light, nice swivel/wall mount fixture... looks like a direct replacement. but are a little pricy.

Beats having more batteries and weighs a lot less.

Some one mentioned that Randy was going to have them also... has he quoted a price.

Someday we'll be replacing our compact florscenct bulbs with LEDs at home.

He did not give a price but would have them in about five days from today. I have seen them cheaper than iboat but the shipping was nearly 10 bucks.

I checked Bestconverter LED reading light (link) and found they also had the LED replacement for the original vAmpere reading light in most all truck camper sleeping areas.

I contacted Randy... he says that he would work with us on the shipping costs for multiple item orders.

I'm sure that even if a Seasence dealer doesn't have the ones you want in stock they can get them for you pretty fast. Anything with stainless steel or brass is very expensive now and probable doesn't sell as well.

I am really enjoying the Sea Sense LEDs.... still having the original lights is neat too... plenty of light when I really need the extra.

After using the many Seasense LED lights on this trip I would suggest that you buy and install the soft white fixtures instead of the blue tinted orignals. The soft whites have a very natural feel.

It turns out that I like the fact that the light doesn't disperse to the sides... it goes where you want it... but barely shows up outside with the blinds drawn. Important when avoiding cg expenses in this very expensive time.

I hadn't gotten around to changing out the "bullet" incandesent lights by the bed... high on my list of to-do's when I get home.
