There's two thermostats in the RV. One in the back bedroom and one in the main cabin. There's only one furnace, what's the deal?

The unit in the back bedroom only controls the overhead.. Or at least that's how it works in my 2005 31SS.
I have the wireless remote for the AC/Furnace and the thermostat in the bedroom runs the vented ceiling fan.

In my 2003 Granite Ridge the back bedroom thermostat controls the fantastic fan (turns the fan on when temperature exceeds the temp on the thermostat and shuts it off when the room has cooled).

I actually have 3 thermostats, 2 controlling Fantastic Fans and one for the Heat/HVAC I labeled each so I know what each controls. Good Luck!

In the 35GS, there are 3 thermostats. One in the bedroom which controls the air and associated fan, 1 in the living area which controls the air, fan and also controls the DC power for the furnace, (slide switch) and the 3rd which controls the coach temperature when operating the furnace.

As was said, the thermostat in the bedroom controls the bedroom-ceiling fantastic fan and the thermostat in the living area controls the furnace

Ok now that your are talking about this I would like to ask a question. We bought a 2005 Granite Ridge 31SS and am not sure how to turn on the heater? I have no instructions to help and its not like our other C Class. Can some one with the same RV tell me how they get the heater to work. I tried the one in the bedroom nothing happened.
Thank you

My Jayco has all the furnace/AC controls on the remote control unit. All that is on the roof unit itself are two buttons for "emergency" heat or AC. Pressing each will turn on the respective part at a factory preset temp. I mounted the remote holder on the wall near the AC unit so the signal will operate it just like a wall stat. Also, as others have said, the bedroom stat is only for the Fantastic Fan. If you look closely at the stat it should say the fan name on the front in small letters.
