Has anyone stayed at Treemont Hills since they developed the new section by the river? How much space beteen units? Is there any shade? Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks

We looked at the new section while we were there, and weren't overly impressed, but they were still building it. It looked like there would be a steep drop-off to the river. The river sites in section A were much nicer.

We stayed there. Not bad. Can't help you on the shade because we were there in the winter.

Thanks Cindik. The one advantage we do see is 50 amps. That's a real plus for a coach at the height of the summer. Provided the sites are not too close, I think it will work just fine. I do hope the water/sewer connections are better located than Section A.

Thanks again

We've stayed at the new section. All of the sites on the river are well shaded. We liked the area. Some sites have more room than the A section sites, but some were about the same. Each site has it's on deck overlooking the water.

I personally don't care for the looks of the new section. Too far down to the water and if you have kids or grandkids it could be real dangerous. It’s just not as well developed as the old section
Section A still the best or KOA next door.
