I am also having this same problem on my brand new 2008 Jayco Jayflight G2 31RKS travel trailer. The furnace blower will not shut off on it's own at all. It keeps running even after turning the thermostat OFF. (We tried replacing the thermostat, but that didn't work either). We turned the shut off switch at the blower itself, but the disables even the air conditioning unit as well. It can blow hot when you crank the heat up, but as soon as the thermostat read the correct temperature it turns the actual furnace off, but blower continues, thus cooling down the camper much quicker than it would normally.

This camper is now at it's seasonal site so it's makes it very hard to bring it to an actual RV repair place.

Any DIY suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Sounds like it could be the over temp relay. Read this.

rich&suehr03dbd, here is where you can get parts and read about the operation of your furnace. If you can look at the diagrams etc and have the ability you can fix it your self.

Look on schematic for the low limit switch that controls when the fan shuts off. Might be part of the mother board or a seperate wafer switch.
