Wow! I'm starting to feel pretty lucky. We pay $15/month, fenced on gravel. Each renter (50-75) has a key, so access is 24/7. I'd better pay up for the next year before the lot owner reads this thread!

$40/month per unit. Mostly gravel but some paved areas. My spot is on concrete. Once you claim your spot, mark the spot if you leave and it will be there when you get back. It's completely fenced with coded access 6:00AM till 8:00PM winter and 10:00PM summer. Well lighted with lots of security cameras. Can't complain but I still wish it was at the house. Not possible with HOA.

$140/mo 5 min from the house. Paved, lighted and fenced with keyed entry after hours. They use a fork lift to put your unit away or take it to a staging area for pick up if you have a space that makes it impossible for you to do it yourself. Fortunately for me, I have an end slot so that's not a problem. Nice storage areas cost $ in or near Los Angeles.

Mine is stored in a storage facility that is locked, asphalted and covered. They use laser around the perimeter instead of wire and have TVs everywhere with 24/7 recordings. All that costs $1700 a year. I get the 13th month free when I pay annually. it is 3 miles from my house. It works for me.

$75/month ($60 if pre-paying for 6 months) for a pull through spot in a fenced lot with 'chopped' asphalt. Attended to during the day by human and by large german sheppard by night.

Cheapest I could find in my area was $100/$150 a month outdoor lot storage, and there was a waiting list.

$185/month. Fenced, Carported (word?), asphalt, electric provided, CCTV, 24/7 access, 2 onsite managers, 15 x 40 x 14' high. 1 month free at move in for 12 month lease. Used to include restroom/shower privileges, but apparently the owner decided those would be reserved for the "small office" tenants that are in the same development.

Just ended the rental last week due to pending sale of RV.
