I have read the Rv park reviews on campgrounds in NC, but would your opinion on campgrounds in NC...We have camped at alot of campgounds but need more ideas on what your personal favorites are. Please help...
We like Stonebridge RV Park in Maggie Valley (we stayed there last year and are going back in April). Also, last October we went to Mt Airy and stayed at a place called The Homestead and it was nice, but now Mt Airy has a new rv park--Mayberry Campground, and it is probably a good place to stay. We loved Mayberry!
Try Moonshine Creek in Balsam. If you can believe this, my only complaint was that there was toooooo much shade (we had some rainy days and none of our stuff would dry). It is a beautiful park, many sites back into a creek. The staff was very friendly too.
