I took my Jayco Greyhawk back to the dealer where I bought it, Camping World in Indianapolis. For whatever reason my water pump would not shut off or would not draw water from a container. When the dealer looked at it, it worked fine. Camping World said since it worked fine they would charge me $110.00 service fee vs. warranty work. I disagreed and advised it is aa intermittent problem and it happened before. Either way they want their $110.00. The dealer admitted that the Jayco Greywork waterhouse command center has problems. Am I correct to assume that this work should be covered by warranty?

Since you don't say how old your rig is, I assume it is new or still within warranty, so I say yes it is a warranty issue and the dealer needs to talk to Jayco about being reimbursed.

I agree - if it is still under warranty, this should be covered. If it is a common problem, Jayco knows it and should have a policy in place for dealing with it, i.e. replacing the pump!! If CW doesnot give you any satisfaction, I would call the customer svc at jayco.

I'm sorry, but if they sold it to you and did no work on it, they should have told you to have a nice day!! I would not buy from them again, and I would let them know it.

Unless they found a problem with "operator error" then they should not charge you! I work at a Dodge dealership and that is how we handle it.

Sounds like Camping World strikes again!
