How's this for one of life's little ironies:
Ordered TPMS on July 4th, as of last week it hadn't arrived so I gave up and on Friday disputed the charge with my CC company. Monday night...well actually Tuesday morning (it was about 1:00am)...blew out both driver side tires on the Cougar while driving across the MassPike to a race!

A little investigation under the trailer turned up a tangle of steel wire that had wrapped around the rear axle and hub area. My theory is that it rubbed the sidewall of the rear tire until it blew and then the overloaded front tire soon followed. No indication that there was any problem until the shower of sparks from running on the rims.

I had the following "revelations" after the incident:
1) A TPMS is not a "high tech toy". It most likely would have saved us a whole lot of aggravation in this instance.
2) One spare tire with a dual axle trailer doesn't cut it....when one blows, especially without a TPMS to let you know, the second is sure to follow.

I will be placing an order with a reputable company this week and figuring out where to store the second spare tire. Doing both is probably overkill but next time I'll be prepared.

If you don't believe this information go and check it out yourselves. It's public information. Now an agent is just someone that is down that will recieve papers served on the company. So my guess is an attorney or maybe not. The important thing is the formation date of AVVSP

I guess I just do not understand what all this means? Are they setting up another company so they can start collecting money for systems they may or may not deliver. I have given up hope of recovering the money for the 10 wheel system I 0rdered and used a bank debit card to pay for it. My bank tells me that there is not much I can do except report it as fraud. Do not know what my next step is.

As previously posted. http://www.truckerspartstore.com/ http://www.rollrightnow.com/ It would appear that the registrant of record is the same for both web sites... The contact telephone number is the same for both sites...The address is the same for both web sites.

I have a Saf-TTE monitor system for the coach and toad. It works well. The customer service is goshawful. Lost one sensor (apparently it unscrewed itself) from the toad, called truckerspartstore about the beginning of August and actually spoke to someone who said they'd ship the part when it came in. It didn't arrive so I called again this week and was electronically sent to a full voice mailbox.

The product works well, but unless service improves: SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Sgt Joe,

I don't think anybody is hearing from this outfit or any of their newer companies (Roll Right or Arkansas). I've tried off and on since the 28th of July with no success. I had warranty problem as well. I finally gave up on them, shipped it back, and filed a dispute with Visa. The Visa lady said that I will receive a credit for the purchase price 30 days after I returned it. It's a real shame because I think that they had a winner if they could deliver as promised and support the product. Maybe someone else will try and market the product. Harry
