I haven't, but would like to hear and read about other's sightings. I've travelled the highways in most states at all hours, but have never seen one.
I'm quite certain they do not exist, because they're always seen at night. If there were so many, it seems to me that they would also be seen in the daylight hours.

I've seen a number of things that at first seemed like good candidates for UFOs. However, in each case, I was later (from a few seconds to hours to days) able to identify the objects. Those experiences have also caused me to doubt that the UFOs that people see are really anything out of this world.
That is frustrating as I really want to believe there are extraterrestrials here.
Note, I actually know someone who was part of the original Roswell thing.....

Yeah, but it turned out to be a large, furry, ice age kind of Wisconsin mosquito.

I was teaching a celestial navigation course one night and while with the students we saw something wierd. It looked like a fast moving sattelite crossing the sky and suddenly it did a 90 degree turn. It was moving way too fast to be an airplane and the turn was instantaneous. About 5 or 6 of us saw it but nobody said a word for a few moments, then looked at each other and said "did you see that?"
I dont know what it was but it was fast and had some pretty good turning abilities. Meteorite bouncing off the atmosphere?

Well, Joe here's my story. About 30 years ago, late at night I was driving into the outskirts of a large city.
I was with a colleague and as we approached a figure 8 traffic over pass...we could see in the sky, several circular and white objects moving in circles in the sky.
Fascinated by seeing this 'vision', we pulled to the side of the road on the shoulder and just watched, mesmerized for the next couple of minutes.
We were both well educated individuals, logical, not superstitious, skeptical and even though relatively young, felt we were 'worldly'.
However we did believe we were seeing UFO's....until after about 5 minutes of viewing when we noticed there was a pattern to the circular, white light movements in the night sky.
We noticed that as cars drove around the figure 8 overpass, their headlights were reflecting off the sky and appearing as circling 'UFO's' to the two of us.
In other words...atmospheric conditions.
If we hadn't realized what was happening we might be 'believer's ' to this day.
Skid...all I can say....is strange but true...there you have it.

I live on the Mojave Desert, site of many mysterious flying objects. I have a nice landing pad for UFO's in my backyard, but so far none have used it. A few helicopters have tried it.

Why doesn't the Air Force just blow 'em out of the sky so we can see what's in them. Do you think they go back to their plant with blurry photos and videos of humans trying to convince everyone on their planet that humans exist?

I saw one back in the mid to late 60's. We were driving to Livingston MT. Right before we crested the hill that looked over the valley we saw this bright white fireball that streaked across the sky. Almost in slow motion. It was pretty cool for a kid that was 10 or so. Later we learned it was seen all over the west.
