It happen in WV. Security guard watched it happen and they have it on tape. I spoke to the officer, she wasn't much help. The security guard got their license number and their insurance knows. I am waiting to hear back from their insurance but the owners of the car that hit mine wont call their's back.
The week before high school graduation (last century) used to be a time when graduating seniors did not have classes and would come in late for cap/gown fittings, graduation practices, setting up for the ceremony, etc. Of course, it became a huge time for practical jokes and usually was kicked off by an all-night party and then a Monday morning meeting in the gym.
On our way into the school, a group of the guys decided to put the rear end of the police chief's cruiser up on the granite curb because we all figured he was going to give a "be on your best behavior speach". Well, we get into the gym and hear him announce a new scholarship that the local police had just set up. Next you know, there are 6 guys leaving the gym to go put the cruiser back on the road!
