Ok, going to show my age.

When you get more green stamps than gas when you make a purchase.

I thought you were going to say putting 0.30 in a cigarette machine and getting your cigaretts with 2 pennies change in the wrapper.

You know fuel prices are high when...

You drive your tow vehicle into the driveway to sweep and clean the garage and your neighbor tells you that you must be WEALTHY!! He would have swept around it while still parked in the garage to save fuel. HaHa

Happy RVing!

When you measure trips by the gals instead of miles.

Oh wait, I do that now with my boat. Guess it is time to carry that over the the road.

. . . you purposely drive by 3 stations with $4.99 diesel, so when you fill up at $4.69, you feel like you're really getting a DEAL!

... you think back a few years when you could buy motor oil for $1 / Qt and now you pay more than that for a gallon on #2. Can you imagine going into Checker or Wall Mart and buying 4 or 5 cases of motor oil and dumping it into your fuel tank, 1 quart at a time?

Holy Moley, hitting 4.59 dollars American here in Beautiful East LA this morning. Filled the truck just after Memorial day at 4.29 dollars American. That's a 7% gain in less than two weeks on my investment. I may give up Lottery, Indian gaming, and Vegas. Who needs diversification! Can't play if I don't win!

...you have to put your credit card in the pump for the third time on a single fillup
...you use your snowthrower less, so that you can drain the extra gas in the spring and put it in the RV.
