I noticed there was water on the carpet on either side of the slide when it is extended after a rain. Does this mean the slide seal is bad?

I'd appreciate any advice.

Mine leaked on one side of the Bedroom slide. I found that the rubber seal on the outside did not seat right after extending the slide. It was tucked under at the very bottom on that side. Just stuck my finger under the seal and ran it down to the bottom gently pulling the seal back out. It worked, and now it seats correctly every time. not sure what the deal was, but hey ... simple fix.

I'll check that out next time. I'm really dreading having to replace any seals. The wetness was on both sides of the slide on the carpet. It's happened twice.

Mine just did the same thing while in Daytona a few weeks ago.
Same problem and fix as cruz. No big deal, all is fixed now.

Mine leaks when the water runs along the bottom rail of the slide. The corner of the seals overlap there. I just put a piece of tape on the bottom of the slide rail lip (both sides ) and the water drips off the tape. No more wet floor.
