:I just have to relay how wonderful I have been treated by Jayco Customer service center on issues with my 08 Seneca GS35 HD. Jayco replaced the springs due to their defect and due to some other issues my RV was in the shop for about 5 weeks all together. Through a goodwill gester to their customer they awarded me 1K for not having my RV during this time.
How many RV factories whould have done this? None I have been associated with in the past I can ensure you especially GS. I am a true Jayco owner for the future.

I have had 7 Jayco's over the past almost 30 years, and even I am amazed by what the Jayco folks have done and continue to do. They say that their customers are like family, and that the founder LLoyd Bontrager 40 years ago established that motto. The Bontrager family follows that creedo to this day, and that's why they continue to thrive in the business!
If you ever get a chance to go to one of Jayco's annual RV get togethers in Indiana, do it! The factory sends line workers, carpenters, mechanics etc over for a few days, and they go around fixing older, out of warranty Jayco...things like busted cabinet doors, peeling graphics, etc. Free! Amazing! And go tour the Factory, too.
Enjoy that Seneca, we are currently shopping for our #8th Jayco, and I like the Seneca's, but I want to see that new '09 Embark Jayco is rolling out soon! Good luck!

They gave you $1,000 dollars for your inconvenience?? I've been pretty pleased with the support after sale, and I have had a lot of stuff fixed at the dealer (including the spring upgrade and a replacement television), and have had a lot of downtime but I figured that goes with the territory of RVing. Did the dealer work to get you this, or are you working with Jayco directly on your repairs? It is nice to know that this manufacturer doesn't turn their back on their customers.

I too have had the pleasure of dealing with Jayco's customer department and having been told "We will stand behind our warranty and do whatever it takes to make you happy". Rare words in these times indeed. This is my second Jayco, can you guess what my next TT will be?

This is good to hear since I'm taking my 08 Seneca 36FS in on Thursday to have the cab over TV brackets replaced, they fell apart and the TV keeps sliding back and forth. We have put over 4,000 miles on it since 12/23/07 and so far this is the only issue. I'm not looking for $1K, but a free tank of fuel would be great!

I could not even get them to pay for the windshield that broke from the MH twisting and crashing down due to a jack problem. The glass installer even certified and signed the bill stating that there were no stone chips causing the break. Oh well.

We have also been very impressed with Jayco. They even replaced a mattress because it wasn't sewn properly. We are on our second Jayco now and will definitely stick with Jayco next time.

Last December Jayco paid the expenses to send someone here from IN to MA to pickup our 2005 Granite Ridge and bring it back to the factory to fix a delamination problem. The problem was fixed and the unit delivered back to MA at their cost. The unit looks great and I am pleased with the outcome. Sure the unit had to go back, but there was never a hassel. They even extended the warranty on the siding for another 2 years. We love our GR and are really happy that Jayco stood behind their reputation.
We are firm Jayco believers.

I too own a 2005 Granite Ridge..The service has been excellent by the company and our dealer which is Wagner's RV, 15 miles north of Green Bay, Wisconsin on Hwy 41..They've taken care of things that were even out of warranty and at no charge to me..If I ever buy another unit it will be another Jayco because of their quality and service..
