I too have found the people at Jayco to be very helpful and friendly. I have had minor issues and they have been most helpful and cooperative in resolving any problems. We love our unit, it fulfills our needs.

I'm glad to hear all these great reports. We've owned 3 Jayco products, two of them purchased new. Never had a problem with any of them.

Thanks for all the feed back and I will pass on to the CEO next time I am at the factory. It pays to be presestent and nice when working with the customer service department. Dane
