Some folks are so wishie washie! If we are both going down the road they want me in the right lane but if I am going down the road and they are trying to merge onto my road then they want me in the left lane so they can get on my road so they can gripe about me being in the left lane! Make up my mind please!

Does a Super Shuttle Blue airport van have the right-of-way on the 405 San Diego Freeway, if it's in the left lane travelling at 80 mph?
