We found fabric and also curtain tabs and rail. Took it to a seamstress who sewed it together. We actually made 2 small curtains so each bunk has there own curtain.

You may want to look at some of the fabric stores or JC Penny to see if they have what you are looking for.

I just bought a thermo window panel from Target. Going to use a tension curtain rod to put accross the front. The reason I went with thermo was the noise/light reduction. I actually got a longer one than I needed, I intend to cut it off and use with velcro on the bunk windows for added light reduction.

In our new trailer (Rockwood 8317SS) that my husband is currently picking up, i'm planning on making new curtains for all 4 bunk windows to darken each bunk up, and i'm installing a 1 inch dowel with curtains across the bunks for privacy for each kid. My kids liked to crawl in their bunk and close the curtain and have some "alone" time in our old trailer. It was actually cheaper to buy 80"X84" curtains from Walmart, and cut them and sew rod pockets and hem them than it was to buy the material. I picked up the curtains yesterday, and husband's coming home with camper Sunday and i'll be making the curtains Monday.

Mods

Check out this link. One of my mods is a privacy curtain.

I see the poster above has an 8317SS. You may want to look. I have the same floor plan.
