On the 2008 fleetwood revolution le there is a 400hp ISL engine with 1200ft lbs of torque. everything is fine there it is fishy when the weight comes out. the coach has a GVWR of 44,600 without a toad if i add lets say about 5,000lbs to that its just about 50,000lbs with a 400hp engine i would assume you need atleast 500hp with atleast 1,500ft lbs of torque. Does anyone think this would be a problem at 50,000lbs and 400hp with 1,200ft lbs of torque going out to the grand canyon or out the rockie mtn's?
Take a look at our signature and I will say, that you will have NO problem with the ISL400. We've been over 9000' in both Mexico and the US and the weight of our rig and toad was not a problem for the ISL.
