Where does everyone keep their pillows, blankets and sheets? At our house, we try to keep everything in a cedar check, those plastic totes, leave a "strange" smell after a while.

I was thinking of maybe throwing in a few dryer sheets in or something like that...

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Pillows are either with us in TT (on bed or if moving stuffed over mattress) or on bed in stick house. Wife does NOT travel without her down pillow, so why should I? Blankets and linens (actually a Travasak) for TT are stored in the TT.

Our pillows go in a large over-the-dinette cupboard. No special reason other than it's big. Towels are there too.

The kingsize sleeping bags, our version of blankets and sheets, roll up and are stored behind the sofa when we'er folded. Queen sized flannel fitted bottom sheet over each mattress is easier to clean than the mattress cover.

All this stays on board the camper between trips. All we load are some personal clothing and groceries.

Have you seen the new cedar-based Rubbermaid totes? We don't use them but we do throw a few dryer sheets in with our linens when we pack them up for the winter. We put everything in rubber totes or huge ziploc baggies depending upon the space we're trying to fit it in to.

We usually use the same sheets and pillows that we use on our home mattresses, they get cycled through just like the other sheets in the linen closet. The blankets we have are kept in a blanket chest. The camping ones sit with all the other ones. The topper that we use is generally kept on our guest bedroom bed. It just sits on the unmade bed during most of the summer unless we are having guests so it is ready to grab and go. This is how we have done it with the popup and I expect we will continue doing the same with the HTT, but we'll see how this first season goes and see if anything changes with this...

On a side note...I am pretty excited, my new trailer is in the transit company que to get delivered to the dealer, should be here any day now.

I've seen a few mentions of the Travasak. What does everyone think of them? Are they worth the price?

We have a closet that holds extra blankets and sheets that are stored all the time. We wash when we get home and put back into htt.

Pillows we take our own personal ones. They are the last things we take.

When we get to our spot, the pillows go into the front bed till the night.
