I'm not sure there is one in colo spr. that I would recommend. Isn't that sad. We have tried most of them and have not really been satisfied with any of them. Seems they just don't know how to make a good salsa to go with their chips. There is a little resturant in Las Vegas, New Mexico called Spick and Span that we like to stop for breakfast at. Also a little hole in the wall in Brush Colo that make a great sauce that covers a burito that is very good.

Darn, that was what I was afraid of . Guess we'll just have to fill up when we're in TX. . . . . . .

I'm not sure that morally speaking...I can recommend a Tex-Mex restaurant....to someone looking for a Tex-Mes restaurant...I'll sleep on it ...and make my decision later

If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments.

Tex-mes is pretty good groceries and will fill the empty spot nicely. It also will nourish the body with calories. But still, even after I grew up in Tx, I prefer Mexican food prepared in the Jalisco style. There may be as many regional varieties of Mexican food as there are of Chinese food. Of the few that I have sampled, I like Jalisco best!
