Whats your overall length with the boat? After filling up fuel in both the truck and the boat and then hitting the pay booth at the ferry dock, you gotta catch a bunch of fish to feel good about it all. Nice setup.

Move your boat back on the trailer. I did that to mine, the tongue weight went from 450 lbs to 125 lbs and I do not even know the boat is behind the camper. You may have to adjust your rollers if that is what you have and the winch. I was able to slide every thing back about 16" and extended the tail lights using 1" square tubing.
Like I said trailering the boat with the trailer taking the weight, I don't even know I am towing anything.

Yep, brain fart... I was going to mention exactly what Hook suggested.
Some trailers allow you to move the axles. If you move axles, just make sure you get them aligned with each other so you don't wear out the tires faster.
Otherwise, weight is adjusted by moving the winch post angle and / or position. If doing that, some rollers or bunks may need adjustment.

Overall length is 52 ft....Haven't been off the Island....we have all the good fishing here, and yes the fuel bill hurts when you hold 135 gallons between the 2
