I am traveling in a 35 ft 5ver and will be traveling west on I-10 from Baton Rouge. We are headed to the Red Shoes CG at the Coushatta Casino in Kinder, La. Should I go I-10W to Hwy 165N or I-49N to Hwy 190W. Looking for some experience with these roads. There are other roads between I-49 and Hwy 165, but none of them seem to be a straight shot and may be difficult to follow. This is our first trip in our new rig, and it is a bit longer than our previous one. We don't want to end up on a bad road.

I always get off the 10 at 165 and it's about 34 miles North, they are widening the highway to 4 lanes and even with the construction it's an easy ride. We where just there early march on our way to Florida....please say Hi to my 100 dollar bill at the black jack tables
