FWIW, I have never owned a camper that didn't have a problem...
I had 2 skamper popups 2 starcraft hybrids 2 Forest River Surveyors and now and finally a Flagstaff 5er. ALL of them had problems of some sort, nothing major but problems never the less....

It seems to me, it's a hit or miss proposition. Before PDI of the ROO, I was hoping that the folks at the factory were having a "good" day when they built ours. Everything was great, and for 3 seasons, zero problems.
Now here I am again. Buying another Forest River prod. PDI on new Wildcat is tomorrow. Same apprehension. I have the Tom Boles PDI checklist. Fingers crossed.

ChrisAC,Congratulations on the Wildcat and safe travels! We love ours.
The RV industry certainly is hit or miss as far as quality is concerned.Probably has a lot to do with the seasonal nature of the product and the hiring of temporary unskilled labor when they ramp up production.
Chances are that higher volume manufacturers have more quality issues than those making fewer trailers.
My Grandfather always said that our dark colored horses ate more than our light colored horses. I beleived he was right, until I got old enough to figure out that we had twice as many dark colored horses.
