Could be simple. If resevoir got low, air may have gotten in to the hoses. After you filled to mark and ran engine, air was displaced and now system is filled but resevoir isn't. Fill and run again before you get concerned too much. This is the kind of stuff that should be checked at every fill up.

P.S. Sometimes a squeeze of the top radiator hose will eject air. You can usually hear it bubbling about.
I had to replace mine yesterday on an 06. I always had a small loss could not find it then yesterday really started leaking. It was the lower hose on the block. The clamp was broken from day one I guess. I inspected the others and they appear fine. I'm keeping spares in the coach though. best of luck Jerry.
