Don't know about the TESEO chip set but the SiRF III chip sets in the two GPS sensors that I have exceeded all of my previous experiences with GPS. One is a USB and the other bluetooth that plugs into a 12volt cigarette lighter socket. I bought both on Ebay.

Does anyone have a recomendation on a usb gps receiver? How is the SIRF III chipset?
PS: you cant beat the detail and ability to zoom in and out with streets of trips and a 15" LCDscreen
thanks
The SIRF chip is the hot ticket and there are many brands available with this chip. I recently got a GlobalSat BU-353 USB receiver to replace my old unit and it works great...even inside the house. Semsons.com has it on sale now for $39.99
I have Microsoft S&T 2006 with the GPS locater and was wanting to know which chip is in this unit? I was thinking about going to the Garmin or TT but I like the large screen and the easy route planning. The other street program that was mentioned is it better then MS and does it work similar to the MS S&T?
