If you can try videoing the walk through....because you get a lot of info at once. That will save you trying to remember which switch does what, and how to find valves you ll need to winterize later in the fall.

If you ever plan to travel south to Texas or for that matter any where in the south or southwest you will wish you had the 15k a/c.

thanks for all of your advice..

we ordered our 831QBSS... We decided to stay with our original options (no roof ladder and stick with 13.5k AC).

Dealer said it should arrive in 5-6 weeks. We will post once we do our walk thru.

I'll chime in on this. Get the 15K. I we have a 25' TT w/a 13.5. I wouldn't want any bigger trailer with that unit. It is OK 80% of the time but the other 20% of the time it gets warm in. Its OK here in central PA but our trips to FL and the outter banks got fairly warm.

Make certain the interior on your new trailer is suitable for long term indoor stay in case of bad weather.

IT'S HERE!!! We ordered our 2009 Flagstaff 831 QBSS on April 8 and we pick it up. It arrived May 20th but we couldn't pick it up until June 5th. We are very excited to finally be able to go camping next weekend!!
