I'll definitely take my time on this one.
Actually, this is a very good time to:
1) Borrow money - rates are low.
2) Buy an RV - prices are low.
3) Buy a new Tow Vehicle - financing is great and so are the prices now.
4) Buy stocks - prices are very reasonable, if not downright attractive.
5) Buy homes or real estate - prices are down in general across the country.
6) Build a home or multi-unit dwelling - costs of labor, building materials and land have dropped.
The key is to buy when others are fearful, and there's lots of that. Simple.
If you're waiting for the price of fuel to drop? Well, that's not going to happen.
I'm going to sit on it for a while I think. I have a decent little TT that does the job, however I either want to downsize to a smaller areodynamic shape or go up to a 5th. How is that for confused
So I will do a few star gazing trips this year, but mostly go sit on my cruiser at the lake. Key word is 'sit' on it because fuel on the lake is close to $1 per gal higher than road price. But then I can putz 5 minutes out to a cove and feel like I am in another world.
The sky is not falling, but I think it has a slight crack
